That's what some of the street vendors in Luang Prabang Laos call out at the night market to "falang" foreigners. It's either that or "lucky lucky lucky", esp. after you made a purchase (For obv. reasons I won’t be calling out Lucky Lucky Lucky ... ::grin::)

It's really amazing how people pull together to help you out. Kindness is overwhelming. "It makes me misty" to quote S. our language teacher.

I think I have heard this story before. It sounds quite like what we have been going through. We are really excited for you. We know that JH is going to help you. Just remember, to qutoe the Stones, "you can't always get what you want... but if you try sometimes you just might find you get what you need." (Can you believe that some how from the stupor Mick Jagger actually gave some good advice!)
